Beginner Dance Camp
Join us for the Dance Camp!This is a beginner lesson series with professional and student teachers introducing people to ballroom dancing.
No partner or experience is necessary!
There will be demonstrations from MITBDT members and then discussions about joining the MITBDT as well as general dancing!
Classes will be held from Tuesday 9/2 through Saturday 9/6. You do not need to go to all of them.

Free Summer Beginner Lessons
Free summer beginner lesson series taught by MITBDT members running from June through the end of August.Classes were held on Wednesdays from 6-8 in building 34 and Fridays from 5-7 in Lobby 13.

American Style Workshops
Featuring rhythm and smooth lessons with Kathy St Jean.Open to MITBDT members and members of other collegiate ballroom dance teams
Series of four hour biweekly sessions throughout the spring and summer seasons.
MITBDT Performances at South Station in commermoration of National Ballroom Week
MITBDT members Igor Pavlovsky and Yanfeng Lim as well as Carlos Lopez and Genevieve gave public performances at the South Station on Wednesday, September 24,2003.
MITBDT Performances at the Metamorphus Arts Event
MITBDT members Carlos Lopez and Genevieve Cuevas and Todor Stavrev and Rebecca Feinberg gave a public performance at the Metamorphus Arts Event on Saturday, August 23,2003 held at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Boston.
MITBDT at Sofia’s
MITBDT members Todor Stavrev and Rebecca Feinberg gave a performance at Sofia’s on August 1, 2003.
MITBDT at Wellesley College
MITBDT members Yana Averbukh, Carmine DiChiara, Philp Hsu, Ann Jeschke, Milan Vit and David Wang led ballroom workshops to 7th and 8th grade students.
MITBDT goes to Sloan
MITBDT member Jacques Olivier led a ballroom workshop at the Sloan School of Management in July.
MITBDT Latin Formation Team performance debut
The MITBDT Latin Formation team will be giving its debut performance at Sigma Kappa's Late Night event Saturday, October 4. Late Night is a campus wide talent show hosting both competing and noncompeting performances.
The event will be held at Kresge Auditorium starting at 8pm and runs until 10ish. Tickets are on sale in Lobby 10 for $5. The proceeds to Alzheimer's Research.
