Fees

Competition fees (per person): $30 Student‚ $45 Adult‚ $10 Newcomer level only.

Late fees: Any registration adds or changes after the March 30th registration deadline will incur a $10 late fee per person (drops are free).

Deadlines

The registration deadline is 11:59pm March 30th.

Please send your payment in as soon as possible, AND specify who it is paying for. All payments must be postmarked by April 4. All payments postmarked or paid online after April 4th must include an extra $10 per person. Please do not mail payments after April 4th; pay at the door instead. We reserve the right to refuse any late entries if it leads to addition of an extra round or heat.

The deadline to cancel all registrations with a 100% refund is April 4th. We cannot refund registration fees for cancellations made after this date. However, we always appreciate updated information.

Notes:

All Competitors: Please have a photo ID with you in case we need to verify a registration.

Team Captains: Please verify that all your team members are registered in the appropriate categories, submit one check per team, AND clearly indicate which competitors you are paying for.
To obtain lists, you can use Studio/Team Options of our registration system.
If your school takes more than the 4 days to process a check request, please submit your request soon enough to ensure your payment is mailed by the deadline.

Individual Competitors: Individual competitors are encouraged to use our online payment system.

Show: Competitors do not need to purchase separate tickets to attend the show.

Mailing address: Please make your check or money order payable to the MIT Ballroom Dance Team (MITBDT), and mail it to the competition treasurer. Please double check to make sure you have included all address lines as shown, since your payment may not reach us if any items are omitted.
